Giordano`s in Chicago

Their chopped chicken salad is so wonderfully satisfying. I get it with the ranch dressing which is cool and simple. The thin crust pizza has a great consistency and...it just tastes like authentic pizza to me. The wedge salad I had was a little wilty, but the night I got that salad it was very busy. I will give them another chance with that salad.

If you have never had a deep dish pizza, you should go to this place. The crust is like a pie crust. The cheese was a little overkill but that's the beauty of a deep dish. It's sauce on top with all the ingredients inside the cheese/crust. Would definitely want to come here again.

I was satisfied with the service. The staff is very polite and courteous. It is slightly expensive for my wallet but I guess the quantity you get for the money makes up for the hole that the bill burns in your pocket.

I ordered online, a thin crust veggie with chicken breast and an italian beef. There's no parking lot which kind of blows. So I had to circle around but lucked up and found an available parking spot so I ran in and got my pick up order. That was done quickly with ease. The beef sandwich is a bit on the small side and they don't give a lot of fries. My best friend said it was pretty good and I think it was just okay. The pizza was fresh and good. But next time I'll put in the notes not to make the cheese to dark.

First of all, I REALLY like Giordano's pizza and have for years, so when I breezed through Chicago a while back I asked a couple friends to meet me for lunch on a Saturday. When we walked through the door, the place was dead quiet and three staff were hanging out near the register. One waiter turned to tell me they weren't quite open, because "we're just getting set up," except it was 20 minutes past the time on the door. Next, the iced tea two of us ordered had obviously spoiled and had to be sent back. Salad was soggy, appetizers tasted like cardboard. Pizza, thankfully, was still good. If you are looking to eat, you can do better. If you are managing this location on Sheridan or corporate for Giordano's, you can do better.

So so so good!! Wait staff also professional, competent and friendly. Watching calories so went for the Lou deep dish (1 slice was enough, and the ingredients made me feel like I made the healthiest choice). Will definitely return on my next visit to Chicago!

We order from this location multiple times a week on average. Always been a favorite, we are from Rogers Park since before they opened. Last Tuesday we ordered the family size spaghetti as they just recently added it back to the menu we were excited. Yay. After an hour we get a phone call from a gentleman who lives a mile and a half away stating he has our spaghetti it was delivered to him and he didn't get his food. Giordanos then attempted to reclaim the food from him and deliver it to us despite the fact we had already called giordanos and told them of the situation. This was there way of resolving it. We cancelled the order and didn't receive a refund. When calling back the following Monday Jennifer said no we delivered it to you, then she was going to look into it. Its Wednesday and we still don't have our money back. In these times and after long-term patronage I would expect more satisfactory customer service.

This location is walking distance to the new 400 movie theater. Great place for a pre or post movie meal. Chopped chicken salad was great.( I did enjoy the added pasta barrels). Chicken Parmigiana was on a nice bed of spaghetti and savory sauce. Calamari plate was HUGE definitely enough to share. Lasagna was good but could have baked more. Dinner salad was of mixed greens fresh and crispy. Friendly and efficient servers and bussers. Parking on street can be hit or miss.

We met with friends at this place for lunch. we heard about this restaurant from quite a few people. Well, it was very nice. The staff members were very polite and we felt good. The meal was yummy. We loved this restaurant a lot and we will visit this place again. Keep it up.

The pizza was Amazing, however the service for refills on drinks were lacking!! Esp. When you have to wait 45 min for your pizza and she doesn't come back to the table to check on you way back in the corner!!

We were brought the wrong kind of pizza, after waiting 45 minutes for deep dish. They comped the pizza altogether; we asked for a faster ultra-thin variety as our replacement so as to not wait so long. It's not the world's most subtly tasty pizza, but it's good. I liked the house salad too.

Fantastic deep dish Chicago pizza. The meat deep dish was amazing and the amount of mozzarella was crazy. I loved this place and would recommend it to anyone. Our server was also fantastic!

Very good pizzas and surprising good salad. Did not enjoy the Italian beef but the thin crust pizza made it a good visit. Week day lunch specials mean I will visit again. The service was very good also and the place comfortable.

Excellent pizza that is my go to whenever I'm craving deep dish. The only time I had something from here that I didn't enjoy was when I branched out and tried their seasonal Juicy Lucy deep dish. Didn't like that at all, but that's just my personal taste level. Everything else I've had has been top notch and I high recommend. They are also opened late, which is even better.

Classic Chicago stuffed pizza. I do wish they had a more interesting list of drinks, like even just some craft beer would be nice. Maybe some more interesting appetizers and sides too, but if all you want is some amazing stuffed pizza, you will be very happy.

Giordano's is a great place for classic Chicago style pizza (deep dish). This location in particular is cozy and inviting. It's a great date spot, clean, and comfortable with great food and staff.

It was very good. I've lived in this neighborhood since 2014 and had pizza from Giordano's but I've never been inside the actual restaurant. I thought the interior was pleasant and the staff were all very nice. My waitress was lovely. The lasagna was good but the Pan Apple Pie was Amazing! I will definitely be back for the lunchtime special.

We met with friends at this restaurant for lunch. This place was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was very successful. The crew were extremely nice and we felt fantastic. The food was just great. We had a great time and we will visit this place again. Warmly recommended.

I know it's hard right now - happy that the employees at Giordano's are there and cheerful however- our ONE night of ordering food, was expensive and pathetic. The top layer is raw dough posing as cheese. Our large stuffed pizza had barely any cheese - it was a big, soggy dough pizza...YUCK!

Good food for deep dish pizza. It has a homey feel, just kinda relaxed. Getting s deep dish, you can squeeze on 2 beers as they take longer to cook, so be sure you have some time. And yes, a small will serve 2-3 people. We had 5 and we managed to eat 2+ a slice of a third. A cheese lover's paradise.

Great deep dish. Gotta have when I'm in Chicago. Lunch special would be a great deal if it gave a choice between a drink and a soup or salad.
